Please join LA City Council President, Eric Garcetti, The Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking (CAST), and Survivor Caucus members for LA City Council’s 2010 Re-Emancipation Proclamation
In a joint effort to let everyone know that slavery still exists today and that every person in Los Angeles and beyond has the power to abolish it once and for all.
