Recap: On May 21, 2015, CAST held its 17th annual From Slavery to Freedom Gala – “Passing the Torch” at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles. It was an amazing evening of sharing, education and celebration. Sharing the impact our services have on survivors. Educating youth as the next generation of anti-slavery activists. Celebrating the deep connection we have with our supporters. Through the generosity and support of sponsors and attendees, CAST was able to invest in rebuilding the lives of an unprecedented number of survivors of modern slavery in Los Angeles.
