Leigh LaChapelle
Associate Director of Survivor Advocacy
Leigh works to build a bridge between survivors and service providers to the world of public policy, shaping Cast’s human rights and public health-focused policy agenda. Leigh leads local, state, and federal advocacy initiatives while supporting survivor leadership programming. Previously, Leigh worked with grassroots organizations across the rural South as a direct service provider with a focus on sexual violence and harm reduction. With a background in gender studies and psychology, Leigh is dedicated to connecting the personal with the political in the fight against human trafficking.
